The Essential Jean Guide: My go-to favorites

Your Favorite Jeans: Easy ideas for styling what you own

We all own them.  We all love them and wear them all the time!

No not slippers, I’m talking jeans today.

Pick your favorites and style them with a few simple tricks.

Add a little color.  Step out in a higher heel.

Add a great scarf and a few stacks on your wrist.

Most of all have fun and feel good!

look #1 the boyfriend

The Boyfriend!  I love this jean.  Loose, comfy, a little distressed, and a go-to for everyday casual.

When I wear these jeans:   I add menswear accessories.  A fun oxford shoe,  chunky wrist stacks with leather and turquoise, a guy style belt, and I top it off with a little boy vest.  Add a scarf to make it more feminine and don’t forget some pretty earrings.

Look #2  The Cropped Skinny

The cropped skinny!  My go-to.  I like tight but with some elastane for stretch.

When I wear these jeans:  I keep it pretty simple.  A heel looks great with these jeans,  but I wear it with loafers and sneakers too.  Simple sweaters or T’s that are not too tight work for me.  I love to throw on a blazer for dinner or a meeting.  And don’t forget to check your rearview mirror if you catch my drift.

look #3 the slim straight

The slim straight!  The everygirl jean. Simple, classic, and easy to wear.

When I wear these jeans: I like to go a little preppy.  You can wear any shoes and just about any top. If the jean is too “mom” go a little tighter on the top and wear some super chic sunglasses.  Don’t forget a great satchel or fun shopper is one of your best accessories for a very classic pair of jean.
